High-Quality The Smart Chain Cold Storage 20ft/40ft Solar Refrigerated Container 220V With DC Inverter Unit Product, Products

The intelligent cold chain storage system comprises a remote cloud database, a mobile application (App), modular refrigerated containers, and a cloud service platform. By utilizing modular insulated containers equipped with integrated refrigeration units, users can source power via methods such as solar photovoltaic panels; furthermore, the containers support standard 220V power supplies, among other options. Representing an entirely novel cold storage model on the market, this system is applicable across a significantly broader range of scenarios.

Product Description

Product Introduction

Introduction to Solar Photovoltaic Panels

Photovoltaic power generation technology is used to convert solar energy into electric energy, and two layers of photovoltaic panels are designed at the top of the cold cabin of the intelligent chain, with a total of five groups.

The size of each group of upper photovoltaic panels is 2340*1060 mm, and the lower layer is composed of two 1000*1060 mm photovoltaic panels.

Under the ideal state, the hourly power generation of the photovoltaic panel can reach 4200W (the working voltage of the photovoltaic panel is 330V, and the open circuit voltage 400V).

Waterproof lining: The inner wall of the box is lined with a whole piece of waterproof plywood, and fiberglass is coated on the plywood, which can not only prevent the goods from getting damp, but also facilitate the removal of goods and cleaning of the box after use.

The intelligent chain cold cabin is equipped with wind speed and rain and snow sensors. When the wind reaches level 4~5 or rain and snow weather, the photovoltaic panels will be forced to be automatically stored.

Equipped with a mains access.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the solar photovoltaic power generation operate on the cold cabin?
The system utilizes two layers of photovoltaic panels configured into five groups on the top of the cabin. Under optimal conditions, the solar panels generate up to 4200W per hour to power refrigeration and storage.
What happens to the photovoltaic panels during bad weather conditions?
The intelligent cold cabin is integrated with automatic wind speed, rain, and snow sensors. Whenever wind levels hit grade 4–5 or severe snow and rain occur, the panels are automatically retracted and stored safely.
Can the unit run on conventional electricity if solar power is insufficient?
Yes, the system is fully equipped with mains electrical access (AC220V/50Hz/60Hz 1PH) to guarantee continuous, reliable cold chain operations regardless of sunlight availability.
What interior protection is provided for cargo preservation and hygiene?
The inner wall is built with continuous waterproof plywood coated in fiberglass. This construction prevents dampness, allows effortless cargo handling, and makes the interior easy to wash and clean after use.
Does installing a Smart-Chain Cold Cabin require permanent land allocation?
No, it utilizes a portable containerized architecture with a minimal footprint. It does not require dedicated land approval and can be flexibly deployed across agricultural sites, wharves, or distribution points.
