ODM New Half Height Ore Carrier Container Offshore Container Manufacturer, Quotes

The body of the ore container is usually made of high-strength steel, which has good compression resistance and wear resistance. It can withstand the weight of the ore and various external impacts that may occur during transportation, and prevent the box from deformation and damage. In order to better bear the weight of the ore, its bottom structure is strengthened. Generally, the number and thickness of the crossbeams and longitudinal beams will be increased to improve the bearing capacity and stability of the bottom, so as to ensure that the container can be safely placed and transported when full of ore, and there will be no problems such as bottom collapse.

In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of ore, ore containers are often equipped with a top door design, which makes it easier for loading and unloading equipment to load or unload ore into or out of the container, improve loading and unloading efficiency, and reduce loading and unloading time. Since the ore has a certain hardness and roughness, it may cause wear and corrosion to the inside of the box. Therefore, a layer of protective material, such as wear-resistant rubber sheet or special anti-corrosion coating, is usually laid inside the box to protect the inside of the box and extend the service life of the container.
